Charles K. Chauvin ("Charlie") was born in New Orleans and has lived in South Louisiana his entire life. He is the founder of Chauvin Law Firm and has over 2 decades of experience as a practicing attorney. After graduating from Louisiana State University Law school in 2001, Charlie served a two-year judicial clerkship. He then spent ten years at Boggs, Loehn & Rodrigue, where he engaged in a broad-spectrum of cases. His legal experience spans areas such as medical malpractice, products liability, construction law, asbestos and toxic mold litigation, employment discrimination, and auto accident cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He also has an extensive record in appellate courts, including successful arguments at the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of appeals. Since the opening of Chauvin Law Firm in 2014, Charlie has continued to expand his legal services to include estate planning, successions, and property law. Charlie is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
